If you are creating a new profile, the primary member should be a parent or guardian. You will be given the opportunity to add additional family members by clicking on Add New Members next to the Save button at the bottom of the page. After the household is created and saved, you must call the Park District Offices to add additional family members to your household and/or to correct birth dates or change an address.
