Group Exercise Classes
Included in your daily fitness pass are our focused group exercise classes. No reservations for classes are required, however, space is not guaranteed. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins to receive your class wristband from our main front desk.

Daily childcare services are available for those ages 2 – 11 years old for a maximum of two hours. The price is per child.
We offer a clean and safe room with age appropriate games and activities, such as a bounce house (when scheduled), basketball and dance area, and MORE! The childcare room is supervised by our KidNation staff.

Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 12:00pm & 4:30-8:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 12:00pm
